The "Hartford" Ball Gown is expertly crafted from delicate chiffon material, the "Hartford" Ball Gown features a boned bodice, padded bust, fitted waist and back metal zip accentuating a classic silhouette that is guaranteed to flatter any figure. The skirt portion of the gown also places clever emphasis on elegant draping as well as intricate pintucks creating a beautiful waving effect that winks delightfully in the light.
