When will my order be delivered?

Most orders with in-stock items are processed for shipping within two to three business days Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after Friday at 5 PM will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery times are calculated from the date the carrier (DHL, USPS, UPS, etc.) receives your package and not the date and time ordered. Processing may take longer during holidays and special sales.

I never received my order. What should I do?

Oh no! Hopefully, this doesn't happen but if it does we’ll figure this out together! 

Does your order include any pre-order items? We'll ship your order when all of your pre-order items are in stock unless you selected the multiple shipments option at checkout. With this option, your in-stock items ship first then any pre-order items will ship as soon as we get them in stock. Check the item's product page for the latest in-stock dates. Please note pre-order dates are estimates and can take longer to complete production and be shipped. If there is a problem with the item will let you know otherwise, production and shipping are proceeding as expected.

If your order has been marked delivered and it's only been one day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carrier scans the package before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next 24 hours.

If the tracking hasn't been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated after your order was placed, chances are it was lost in transit. If you have obtained our optional Package Protection please let us know and we will replace or refund your items. If not you might be able to file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we may be able to credit your items.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with tracking information. Sometimes this email ends up in your spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it looks like you've been waiting a little too long.

You can also click on the "Where's My Order?" menu option to see the status.

Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way! 

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world. For most countries, tax and duty fees are included in the shipping fee. Your country may require you to pay tax and duty on delivery (shown at checkout). Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your items.


If an item is a pre-order, when will it be available?

Check the product page for the latest in-stock dates. We'll ship your order when your pre-order items are in stock. If your order includes a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship all of your items when the pre-order items are in-stock.

Want your in-stock items shipped first? For USA orders select the MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS option at checkout. We'll ship your in-stock items first then pre-order items when in stock.

What is your return policy?

Our number one priority is your happiness. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase return it to us within 30 days after the shipping date for an exchange, store credit, or refund. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Please take a look at our return policy to find out more.

Can I exchange an item?

We gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or undamaged merchandise. "Final Sale", "Perfectly Imperfect", earrings, and sunglasses cannot be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Please take a look at our return policy to find out more.
