INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ALERTS

FREE SHIPPING
For a limited time, we are offering free USA shipping for orders with items totaling $79 or more. "Package Protection" and "Multiple Shipments" fees do not count toward the free shipping item total.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Fees for shipping outside the USA may include shipping costs, tax, and duty fees. Your country may require you to pay tax and duty on delivery (shown at checkout).

TURNAROUND

Most orders with in-stock items are processed for shipping within two to three business days Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after Friday at 5 PM will be processed on the following Monday. Delivery times are calculated from the date the carrier (DHL, USPS, UPS, etc.) receives your package and not the date and time ordered. Processing may take longer during holidays and special sales. Also, the current COVID-19 crisis may affect delivery time.

SHIPPED ORDER NOT DELIVERED
Sometimes a package can be delayed or lost. If you have received a shipping confirmation email but your package was not delivered after 30 days from the date of shipment please contact us. If the package was not marked as delivered by the carrier we may be able to reship or refund the order (additional fees may apply). We are unable to investigate a missing package after 60 days.

PRE-ORDERS
We'll ship your order when all of your pre-order items are in stock. Check the product page for the latest in stock dates.

IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS IN YOUR CART
If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship your package when the pre-order items are in stock. Want your in-stock items shipped first? USA orders select the MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS option at checkout. For international shipping create a separate order with your in-stock items. We'll ship your in-stock items first then pre-order items when in stock.

Note: Pre-order in-stock and shipping times are estimates and subject to change.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS
Sometimes after an item is ordered it can be discontinued by the manufacturer. When this happens you will be notified via email to arrange an alternate item, refund, or store credit.

ITEMS ON SALE
If an item goes on sale for a price lower than the price you paid for the item, upon request we will give you a store credit for the difference in price for up to seven days after the date of delivery. "Final Sale" items, earrings, and sunglasses cannot be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.

PRICING POLICY
The savings shown are based on offering prices and not actual sales. Our Regular and Original prices are based on a number of factors that include cost, profit margin, expected demand, inventory levels, competition, and sales. Regular and Original prices are our own offering prices. This means we offered the merchandise online at those prices, though we may not have sold items at that price. So, the savings shown from these prices may not be based on actual sales of the items at the higher price. In addition, some Original prices may not have been in effect during the past 90 days, and intermediate markdowns may have been taken.

CARRIERS
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, FedEx, and DHL to find the lowest rates and fastest delivery. 

PACKAGE PROTECTION

By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout your order is protected from loss or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives visit our PACKAGE PROTECTION PAGE  to file a claim.

After approval, we will send you a replacement or reimburse you for the cost of the item. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Shipping Protection at checkout.

If you decline Package Protection, Nicoletta Carlone will not be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. In addition, packages shipped to a wrong or incomplete address can not be refunded with or without Package Protection.

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is provided by the carrier. Your order's tracking information is updated by carrier and will be emailed to you. Detailed tracking information may not be available for international orders.

UPDATES
An update will be sent after the item is ordered and again after the item has shipped. For the latest information about a pre-order item's in-stock estimate please check the item's product page for details.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your items, your location, plus handling fees. Before you go to the payment page you will be shown the cost of shipping. You may then proceed to the payment page, cancel your order, or exit and leave your items in the cart to order at a future time.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees. Shipping rates for international orders include taxes, duties, and fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
