 TAILOR MADE ORDER POLICY

We are pleased to offer our new line of Tailor-Made fashions!
As this is a new product and ordering method for us, delivery dates may take longer than estimated while we fine tune our ordering and production process. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please contact us if you have questions. 

Your Tailor Made garment is meticulously crafted by our expert dressmaker. Production time is about three to four weeks. Add an additional two weeks for hand beaded garments. After we receive your completed order from our dressmaker, it usually takes another week to check your order, pack, and ship. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Note because your order is hand made, production times are estimates and may take more or less time than stated. 

For custom sizes, please measure carefully. Orders received with inaccurate measurements are not refundable, unless there was an error during manufacture.

The actual fabric color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color. The color you see may not accurately portray the true color of the product.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Changed your mind? No problem. You may cancel and request a refund within 48 hours of placing your order. Because production of your item begins soon after you place your order and is custom made to your specifications, all sales are final and we cannot refund your order after 48 hours.
