FREE DELIVERY PROTECTION
Every order comes with our complimentary Delivery Protection — covering you in case of loss or theft. If your package doesn't arrive, simply visit our Delivery Protection Page to file a claim. Once it's approved, we'll send you a replacement, store credit, or a refund for your items. It's our way of giving you peace of mind, completely free!
PROCESSING TIME
We do our best to process most orders within two to three business days, Monday through Friday. During busy times — like holidays, special sales, or peak seasons — it may take a little longer. Please note the delivery date is calculated to begin after we process the order it is picked up by the carrier (USPS, DHL, UPS, etc.), not from the date you place your order. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding during high-volume periods!

This approach allows us to offer a broader, more unique selection—without inflating prices or compromising on quality. It also means that many items are made or packed to order, just for you.

SHIPPED ORDER NOT DELIVERED
We know how frustrating it is to be waiting for a package that doesn't arrive. If you've received your shipping confirmation but it's been 30 days since shipment and your order still hasn't arrived, please reach out to us. If the carrier hasn't marked it as delivered, we may be able to reship your items or issue a refund (some fees may apply). Please note, we're unable to investigate missing packages more than 60 days after the shipment date.
DISCONTINUED / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally, an item you've ordered may be discontinued by the manufacturer or become out of stock after your purchase. If that happens, we'll contact you by email to help you choose a replacement, receive store credit, or get a refund — whichever works best for you.
ITEMS ON SALE
If an item you purchased goes on sale for a lower price within seven days after you receive it, just let us know! We'll gladly issue store credit for the price difference. Please note: “Final Sale” items, earrings, and sunglasses cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

The Compare at price is our best estimate of the item's typical value, based on past prices on our site, similar items from other reputable online retailers (including shipping), and recent online sales. It's meant to give you a fair idea of what the item might usually sell for — so you can see the value you're getting today. We work hard to keep our pricing fair, transparent, and true to the value of each piece.

We work with a variety of trusted carriers — including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac, and others — to find you the best combination of speed and cost.
