IMPORTANT: We are unable to process returns without prior email authorization. Items shipped to us without prior authorization will not be returned to you.

If you have purchased Package Protection please enter your information below to file a claim. We may request additional information before we can issue a return authorization (RA) number.

Please place your return request within 30 days of delivery of your package. If you have not received it place your request within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date.
