Shipping Rates
Items ship Monday-Friday (except on holidays). Our clothing is custom created to order. Please allow up to 4-10 weeks for items to be created and shipped. Nicoletta Carlone reserves the right to charge a processing fee for orders that are canceled. Orders shipping within the U.S. are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Mail, which can take 5-7 business days for delivery. Priority Mail available at an extra cost. Orders shipping outside of the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, which usually takes 10-20 business days for delivery (and sometimes, a few extra days to clear through customs). After a package has entered the destination country and arrived at the local post office, it is likely the package will be held until customs fees are paid. We are not responsible for shipping fees if a package is sent back to us due to lack of customs payment. Occasionally, international shipments experience unexpected delays due to weather or other issues with the post office. In such instances, we ask that you please allow up to six weeks for delivery.

If for some reason you are unavailable to receive shipment of your package, Nicoletta Carlone is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package. International Orders
Please be aware that all international parcels may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage or customs fees upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that we unfortunately cannot control or prevent any delays within customs. If you refuse duties or fees on your package and choose to have it sent back, any handling fees charged to our account to retrieve the package will be deducted from your refund. If you would like more information regarding customs fees, please contact your local Post Office.

Items are custom made and can not be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Items must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact, to be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for return shipping for items that do not fit. While we cannot guarantee fit, we urge customers to contact us with any specific sizing questions. Damaged or defective items purchased online may be returned for a refund, return, or exchange, within 21 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping. We are not responsible for return items that are lost in transit so please insure your returns. Please ship your returns back in a proper shipping box (Not an envelope).
